TLC Kitchen (A division of Sonali Pvt. Ltd.) does not promise a miracle formula for losing weight or curing any ailments quickly and easily. Excess weight is put on over years and cannot suddenly disappear. We aid in weight loss by providing gourmet healthy food. Weight loss will also vary for each person based on their individual weight, metabolism, age, activity level and commitment to their plan. Also it is not a cure for diabetes but a healthy diet to aid insulin level management. The same is for Healthy Heart program: it is not a cure but the program aids in living a healthier lifestyle
All programs purchased with a promotional rate and cancelled prior to the completion of the program are subject to be charged the regular prices for the days delivered.
TLC Kitchen ships all programs itself through courier companies. TLC Kitchen products are flash-frozen and are perishable and require refrigeration no later than the night of receipt. Occasionally and entirely outside of TLC Kitchen’s control, The courier company may not deliver packages on time and/or packages may get damaged due to transit. TLC Kitchen guarantees that packages will be shipped on time and in excellent condition and as such cannot be held responsible for the delivery service failures in the rare event that The courier company does not deliver a package on time or damages the package during transit (whether due to negligence or acts of nature). As a courtesy to our clients we will file a claim with Insurance company in your behalf. (Claims value maximums are INR 500/- (INR Five hundred only)). In the event of delivery failures due to weather conditions, no claims can be made, other to TLC Kitchen or the courier company. Similarly, any claim for a lost, stolen, missing and/or damaged shipment is against insurance claim and is not the responsibility of TLC Kitchen, its officers, members and employees.
Please note that The delivery partner will leave your package at your door if you are not home completely at your liability. TLC Kitchen will work on your behalf regarding all insurance claims, claims to due to damaged meals, undelivered packages, acts of nature, or any negligence on the part of Delivery Partner. TLC Kitchen assumes no liability for incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
TLC Kitchen takes no liability for foods being stolen, lost or not arriving on time except for the fact that we will replace the foods if it is our fault.
